Catch up...

3rd November?! Ouch, can't believe I haven't blogged for that long. Actually I can as I have been ridiculously busy over the last three (?) weeks. I think that was half termish... maybe.
Well, since then, or before then once I get my brain in gear, been to Camden (without money as I left my purse on the school bus) school productions, university applications, university essays, preparation for interviews, mock exams, poker nights and international rugby matches.

I won't give a run through of all as that would be boring and I doubt you care, but I might say the odd thing. I have loooads of drawings to post, but I need to find them as at this current moment they are in an assortment of places round the house.

I have soo many parties coming up, I think I'm booked most Saturdays from 5th Dec to the 17th January. But that depends on my maths, which is not exactly top notch as the phrase would be. I need dresses and shoes and hair styles and themes and a mask. It is going to be chaotic.
One friend's theme is smart/casual. I stick with that being quite possibly the most annoying theme ever as everyone had different ideas for it and smart/casual for some is obviously completely different for others. Anyone got a definition?

I'm thinking short dress and heels, but I only own one suitable pair of heels that can walk in due to the unfortunate mixture of having fat feet and no heel. Unless I can steal some from Cherry, they will have to last me another party season. The next party is Austin Powers themed. Or 60s. I don't do sixties due to not having the right body shape and as we are in a recession i have very little money. I'm thinking Brigitte Bardot, but maybe in an 80s sequin dress. I love themed parties, but don't have the money to waste on a dress which I'm never going to wear again. And for once the mother has nothing to offer, apart from maybe her stiletto boots... I will have to enquire...

Then Christmas party. Masquerade themed. I'm considering going all out and dyeing my hair so no-one knows who I am. But that won't work. Plus I don't want one of those cheap plasticky masks. I'm going gold and nude, the shoes will need to make an appearance again, and Dolly is going black and silver. Will be awesome. I'm stealing one of the mother's dresses, again.

I'm so glad my mum has a huge wardrobe of lovely stuff that I can steal, when I ask. Most I have been denied till I'm 18, but I manage. Last week I stole this really cool full-length pink lace dress for our 'poker night.' It was so much fun, as all the guys dressed up in suits and bow-ties and the girls in cocktail dresses. All drinking alcoholic, and non-alcoholic cocktails, it was great. Though I did have to leave early as the parents have a weird thing about me being out late, mainly because they have to come pick me up...
Next year is the 6th form ball. It's smarter than the prom, which I wore a full length dress to anyway, so I'm hoping to steal the mother's ball gown. Fingers-crossed.

Just to fill you in...:) I really should get back to work,

Sorry

I apologise for the lack of blogs lately. Am basically blogging to inform all that I am not dead or any other strange predicament. Will do a more extensive blog at some point, atm struggling with essays for university applications. JOYS! So unbelievably excited... Will fill you in in my strange and slightly boring half term laters as need to write about the role of factions in Tudor England. Woop...
But I shall leave you with this thought.
Lucie Jones on X Factor. Rock week. Scary cross between Kristeb Stewart and lead singer of Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Believe I was in hysterics.
Who to win? I go Olly and his amazing thrusting dance moves.
Btw check out this month's Vogue. British boys. British is best. Come on Eddie Redmayne et al. I love you.

Over and out,
